To me the Yin and Yong of Jeet Kune Do is the choice to defeat your opponent with your fist or with your mind.
Glad to have found your forum. I was losing hope. It seemed to me that no one could see just what Jeet Kune Do can be. Not just a great physical offensive structure. But a power of the mind. There are facets of Jeet Kune Do that are pure reflections of Bruce Lee's thoughts, and emotional content, in essence a small portion of his mental chi. No one seems to remember he was also a philosopher.
There is more than mechanics in Jeet Kune Do, it is far more than a robotic servant to one's self defense. To get to the point I am glad to see that you and Victor appreciate the philosophical content of Bruce and Jeet Kune Do

. To be honest I'm tired of all the websites having some guy do a lighting move on a wooden dummy and telling you how you can be just like him.
The video of the Coker fight was good, it showed JKD in an unstaged application, without an insecure tough guy acting overly excited about his secret powers. More truth to analyze than a staged lesson.
